不思議な絵本プライバシーポリシー

uh-creations（以下「当方」）は、「不思議な絵本」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取扱いを次のとおり定めます。

1. アカウントと個人情報

本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名、住所、電話番号またはメールアドレスをアプリ内で入力させ、当方のサーバーへ収集する機能を設けていません。広告配信および広告目的の行動トラッキングも行いません。

2. 端末内で取り扱うデータ

読書履歴、お気に入り、読書記録カード、ダウンロード状態および設定は端末内に保存されます。アプリを削除すると端末内のデータは削除されます。

3. コンテンツ配信

絵本一覧、絵本データ、画像および音声等を表示・ダウンロードするため、uh-creationsが管理するコンテンツ配信先へ通信します。この通信に氏名、メールアドレスその他のアカウント情報を付加しません。ただし、配信基盤では安全な運用のためIPアドレス、日時、要求先等の一般的なアクセスログが一時的に記録される場合があります。

4. 購入情報

購入はApple App StoreまたはGoogle Playが処理します。本アプリは購読状態の確認、機能解放および購入復元のため購入状態を受け取りますが、uh-creationsはクレジットカード情報を取得しません。

5. 診断情報

アプリの品質および安全性の向上のため、AppleまたはGoogleの標準機能を通じて、個人を直接特定しないクラッシュログ、OS・端末種別等の診断情報が提供される場合があります。

6. 第三者提供

当方は、法令に基づく場合またはユーザーの明確な同意がある場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者へ販売または提供しません。前記のストア、購入管理、OS機能またはコンテンツ配信の各事業者による取扱いには、各事業者の規約とポリシーが適用されます。

7. データの削除

端末内データは、アプリ内の削除・リセット機能またはアプリのアンインストールにより削除できます。外部カレンダー、共有先、iCloud、ヘルス基盤その他ユーザーが連携した外部領域に保存されたデータは、それぞれのサービス上で削除してください。

8. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリを子どもが利用する場合、保護者の同意と監督のもとで利用してください。当方が子どもから個人情報を収集したことが判明した場合は、確認のうえ速やかに削除します。

9. ポリシーの変更

法令または機能の変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更は、施行日までに本アプリまたは当方のWebサイトで分かりやすくお知らせします。

Wonder Storybooks Privacy Policy

uh-creations (“we” or “us”) establishes this policy for information handled by “Wonder Storybooks” (the “App”).

1. Accounts and personal information

The App requires no account. It has no function that asks users to enter a name, address, phone number, or email address in the App and sends it to our servers. We do not display advertising or perform behavioral tracking for advertising.

2. Data handled on the device

Reading history, favorites, reading-record cards, download status, and settings are stored on the device. Deleting the App removes its on-device data.

3. Content delivery

The App communicates with content-delivery endpoints managed by uh-creations to display or download the catalog, storybook data, images, and audio. Names, email addresses, and other account information are not attached to these requests. The delivery infrastructure may temporarily record ordinary access logs such as IP address, date and time, and requested resource for secure operation.

4. Purchase information

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The App receives purchase status to confirm subscriptions, unlock features, and restore purchases, but uh-creations does not receive credit-card information.

5. Diagnostic information

To improve quality and security, Apple or Google's standard facilities may provide crash logs, OS and device type, or similar diagnostic information that does not directly identify a person.

6. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell or provide information we receive to third parties except where required by law or with the user's clear consent. The terms and policies of the applicable store, purchase manager, operating-system provider, or content-delivery provider govern their handling described above.

7. Deletion

On-device data can be deleted using an in-App delete or reset function or by uninstalling the App. Data stored in an external calendar, sharing destination, iCloud, health platform, or another linked environment must be deleted through that service.

8. Children's privacy

A child must use the App with parental consent and supervision. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child, we will investigate and promptly delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as laws or features change. Material changes will be clearly announced in the App or on our website before they take effect.
