利用規約
本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、uh-creations（以下「当開発者」といいます。）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「FocusVault」（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用になるユーザー（以下「ユーザー」といいます。）は、本規約に同意の上、本アプリをご利用ください。
第1条（適用）
1. 本規約は、ユーザーと当開発者との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。
2. 当開発者が本アプリ上で掲載する本アプリ利用に関するルール、ガイドライン、注意事項等は、本規約の一部を構成するものとします。
第2条（利用登録）
iOS
1. 本アプリは、利用開始時に特別な登録手続きを必要とせず、直ちに機能の利用を開始できます。
2. 本アプリは、AppleのスクリーンタイムAPI（Family Controls）を利用して機能を提供します。ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、iOSの仕様に基づく所定の許可を行う必要があります。
Android
1. 本アプリは、利用開始時に特別な登録手続きを必要とせず、直ちに機能の利用を開始できます。
2. 本アプリは、Androidの使用状況へのアクセス権限（Usage Access）および関連APIを利用して機能を提供します。ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、Androidの仕様に基づく所定の許可を行う必要があります。
第3条（利用料金および支払方法）
iOS
1. 本アプリは、基本機能が含まれる「無料プラン」のほか、より多くの機能や特典を利用できる有料プランとして「プレミアムプラン」を提供します。
2. 有料プランの利用料金は、Apple App Storeを通じてお支払いいただきます。
3. 有料プランは、所定の期間ごとの自動更新購読（サブスクリプション）です。有効期間終了の24時間前までに解約手続きを行わない場合、購読期間は自動的に更新され、課金されます。
4. 解約は、本アプリのアンインストールやデータ削除では行われません。ユーザーご自身で、iOSの設定（Apple IDのサブスクリプション管理）から解約手続きを行う必要があります。
Android
1. 本アプリは、基本機能が含まれる「無料プラン」のほか、より多くの機能や特典を利用できる有料プランとして「プレミアムプラン」を提供します。
2. 有料プランの利用料金は、Google Play Storeを通じてお支払いいただきます。
3. 有料プランは、所定の期間ごとの自動更新購読（サブスクリプション）です。有効期間終了の24時間前までに解約手続きを行わない場合、購読期間は自動的に更新され、課金されます。
4. 解約は、本アプリのアンインストールやデータ削除では行われません。ユーザーご自身で、Google Play Storeの定期購入管理から解約手続きを行う必要があります。
第4条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
- 当開発者のサービスの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

第5条（免責事項）
iOS
1. 当開発者は、本アプリに事実上または法律上の瑕疵がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。
2. 本アプリは集中力の向上やスマホ依存の防止を支援するツールですが、その効果を保証するものではありません。また、iOSの仕様変更により、一部の機能が利用できなくなる可能性があります。
3. 当開発者は、本アプリに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について一切の責任を負いません。
Android
1. 当開発者は、本アプリに事実上または法律上の瑕疵がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。
2. 本アプリは集中力の向上やスマホ依存の防止を支援するツールですが、その効果を保証するものではありません。また、Android OSの仕様変更により、一部の機能が利用できなくなる可能性があります。
3. 当開発者は、本アプリに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について一切の責任を負いません。
第6条（サービス内容の変更等）
当開発者は、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または本アプリの提供を中止することができるものとし、これによってユーザーに生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。
第7条（利用規約の変更）
当開発者は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の本規約は、本アプリ内に掲示された時点から効力を生じるものとします。
第8条（準拠法・裁判管轄）
1. 本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。
2. 本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the mobile application "FocusVault" (hereinafter referred to as the "App") provided by uh-creations (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer"). Article 1 (Application)
1. These Terms shall apply to all relationships related to the use of the App between the User and the Developer.
2. Rules, guidelines, notices, etc. regarding the use of the App posted by the Developer on the App shall constitute a part of these Terms.
Article 2 (User Registration)
iOS
1. The App does not require any special registration procedure at the time of starting use, and functions can be used immediately.
2. The App provides functions using Apple's Screen Time API (Family Controls). Users must grant permissions based on iOS specifications to use the App.
Android
1. The App does not require any special registration procedure at the time of starting use, and functions can be used immediately.
2. The App provides functions using Android's Usage Access permission and related APIs. Users must grant permissions based on Android specifications to use the App.
Article 3 (Fees and Payment Methods)
iOS
1. The App provides a "Free Plan" that includes basic functions and a "Premium Plan" as a paid plan that allows the use of more functions and benefits.
2. Fees for the paid plan are paid through the Apple App Store.
3. The paid plan is an auto-renewing subscription for each specified period. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the valid period, the subscription period will be automatically renewed and billed.
4. Cancellation is not performed by uninstalling the App or deleting data. Users must perform the cancellation procedure themselves from iOS Settings (Apple ID subscription management).
Android
1. The App provides a "Free Plan" that includes basic functions and a "Premium Plan" as a paid plan that allows the use of more functions and benefits.
2. Fees for the paid plan are paid through the Google Play Store.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)
iOS
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the App:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts of exploiting bugs in the App
- Fraudulent acts to intentionally circumvent Screen Time restrictions
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Developer's services
- Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Developer
Android
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the App:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts of exploiting bugs in the App
- Fraudulent acts to intentionally circumvent app restrictions
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Developer's services
- Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Developer
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
iOS
1. The Developer does not guarantee, explicitly or implicitly, that the App is free from de facto or legal defects.
2. The App is a tool to support improving concentration and preventing smartphone addiction, but it does not guarantee its effectiveness. Also, due to changes in iOS specifications, some functions may become unavailable.
3. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages caused to the User due to the App.
Android
1. The Developer does not guarantee, explicitly or implicitly, that the App is free from de facto or legal defects.
2. The App is a tool to support improving concentration and preventing smartphone addiction, but it does not guarantee its effectiveness. Also, due to changes in Android OS specifications, some functions may become unavailable.
3. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages caused to the User due to the App.
Article 6 (Change of Service Content, etc.)
The Developer may change the content of the App or stop providing the App without prior notice to the User, and shall not be liable for any damages caused to the User by this.
Article 7 (Change of Terms of Service)
The Developer may change these Terms at any time without notice to the User if deemed necessary. The modified Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted within the App.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1. Japanese law shall be the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms.
2. In the event of a dispute regarding the App, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Developer shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court.
