プライバシーポリシー
uh-creations（以下「当開発者」といいます。）は、当開発者が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「FocusVault」（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）における、ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。
第1条（個人情報の収集について）

本アプリは、ユーザーの氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス等の個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。ユーザー登録やログイン機能を持たず、すべてのデータはユーザーの端末内（またはユーザー自身のiCloud環境）に保存されます。

1. スクリーンタイム情報の利用: 本アプリは、Appleが提供するスクリーンタイムAPI（Family Controls）を利用して、ユーザーが選択したアプリ等の利用制限を行います。この情報は、アプリの機能提供（制限の実施）のためにのみ使用され、当開発者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
2. 使用状況データ: アプリの品質向上のため、個人を特定できない形での統計データ（クラッシュログ等）をAppleの標準機能を通じて収集する場合があります。
Android
1. 使用状況データの利用: 本アプリは、Androidが提供する使用状況へのアクセス権限（Usage Access）および関連APIを利用して、ユーザーが選択したアプリ等の利用制限を行います。この情報は、アプリの機能提供（制限の実施）のためにのみ使用され、当開発者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
2. 使用状況データ: アプリの品質向上のため、個人を特定できない形での統計データ（クラッシュログ等）をGoogleの標準機能を通じて収集する場合があります。
第3条（データの保存と削除）
本アプリで作成された設定データや履歴は、アプリを削除（アンインストール）することで端末から完全に削除されます。また、アプリ内の「データ管理」機能から手動でリセットすることも可能です。
第4条（第三者提供）
当開発者は、ユーザーの同意がある場合や法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
第5条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）
本ポリシーの内容は、ユーザーに通知することなく変更することができるものとします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本アプリ内に掲示されたときから効力を生じるものとします。

Article 3 (Storage and Deletion of Data)
Settings data and history created with the App are completely deleted from the device by deleting (uninstalling) the App. It is also possible to reset manually from the "Data Management" function in the App.
Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)
The Developer will not provide acquired information to third parties except with the User's consent or when based on laws and regulations.
Article 5 (Change of Privacy Policy)
The content of this Policy may be changed without notice to the User. The modified Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted within the App.
