この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、どこでしょ？（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆さまには、本規約に従って本アプリをご利用いただきます。
1. 本規約は、ユーザーと当開発者との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。
2. 当開発者が本アプリ上で掲載する本アプリ利用に関するルール、ガイドライン、注意事項等は、本規約の一部を構成するものとします。
1. 本アプリは、利用開始時に特別な登録手続きを必要とせず、直ちに機能の利用を開始できます。
2. 本アプリは、端末のカメラ機能および写真ライブラリ（カスタムクイズ用の画像撮影・選択）にアクセスする場合があります。ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、OSの仕様に基づく所定の許可を行う必要があります。
1. 本アプリは、基本機能が含まれる「無料プラン」のほか、すべての機能を利用できる有料プランを提供します。
2. 有料プランの利用料金は、Apple App StoreまたはGoogle Play Storeを通じてお支払いいただきます。
3. 有料プランは、買い切り型のアプリ内課金です。一度購入いただくと、追加費用なく全機能をご利用いただけます。
4. 購入後の返金については、各ストアのポリシーに従います。
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
・法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
・本アプリの不具合を利用する行為
・本アプリの機能制限を意図的に回避する不正行為
・当開発者のサービスの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
・リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、または逆アセンブルを行う行為
・その他、当開発者が不適切と判断する行為
1. 当開発者は、本アプリに事実上または法律上の瑕疵がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。
2. 本アプリは学習を支援するツールですが、その教育効果を保証するものではありません。また、OSの仕様変更により、一部の機能が利用できなくなる可能性があります。
3. 当開発者は、本アプリに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について一切の責任を負いません。
1. 本アプリは、音声合成にVOICEVOXおよびVOICEVOX Core（MITライセンス）を使用しています。
2. VOICEVOXの各キャラクターの音声は、それぞれのキャラクターの利用規約に従って使用されています。
3. ユーザーがカスタムクイズ機能で生成した音声データは、本アプリ内での利用を目的としたものであり、ユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。
4. 本アプリで生成された音声データの利用にあたっては、VOICEVOXのソフトウェア利用規約、音声モデル利用規約、および各キャラクターの利用規約に従うものとします。
5. ユーザーが本アプリで生成した音声を第三者に提供する場合は、当該第三者に対してもVOICEVOXおよび各音声ライブラリの規約遵守を義務付けるものとします。
本アプリは以下のオープンソースソフトウェアを使用しています。
・VOICEVOX Core - MITライセンス (Copyright VOICEVOX)
・Open JTalk - 修正BSDライセンス
・ONNX Runtime - MITライセンス (Copyright Microsoft)
・CMU Pronouncing Dictionary - BSDライセンス (Copyright Carnegie Mellon University)
各ライセンスの全文はアプリ内の「ライセンス」画面から確認できます。
当開発者は、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または本アプリの提供を中止することができるものとし、これによってユーザーに生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。
当開発者は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の本規約は、本アプリ内に掲示された時点から効力を生じるものとします。
1. 本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。
2. 本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
※ 本規約の内容と当開発者のWebページに掲載する利用規約の内容に相違がある場合は、Webページの記載を優先するものとします。
These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using Where is it? ("the App"). Users are required to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
1. These Terms shall apply to all relationships related to the use of the App between the User and the Developer.
2. Rules, guidelines, notices, etc. regarding the use of the App posted by the Developer on the App shall constitute a part of these Terms.
1. The App does not require any special registration procedure at the time of starting use, and functions can be used immediately.
2. The App may access the device's camera and photo library for taking or selecting images for the custom quiz feature. Users must grant the necessary permissions as required by their device's operating system.
1. The App provides a "Free Plan" that includes basic functions and a paid plan that allows the use of all functions.
2. Fees for the paid plan are paid through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
3. The paid plan is a one-time in-app purchase. Once purchased, all functions can be used without additional costs.
4. Refunds after purchase are subject to the policies of each store.
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the App:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts of exploiting bugs in the App
- Fraudulent acts to intentionally circumvent feature restrictions of the App
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Developer's services
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
- Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Developer
1. The Developer does not guarantee, explicitly or implicitly, that the App is free from de facto or legal defects.
2. The App is a tool to support learning, but it does not guarantee its educational effectiveness. Also, due to changes in OS specifications, some functions may become unavailable.
3. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages caused to the User due to the App.
1. This App uses VOICEVOX and VOICEVOX Core (MIT License) for voice synthesis.
2. The voices of each VOICEVOX character are used in accordance with their respective terms of use.
3. Audio data generated by users through the custom quiz feature is intended for use within this App and is stored only on the user's device.
4. The use of audio data generated by this App is subject to the VOICEVOX software terms of use, voice model terms of use, and each character's terms of use.
5. If the User provides audio generated by this App to a third party, the User shall require such third party to comply with the terms of VOICEVOX and each voice library.

The full text of each license can be viewed from the "Licenses" screen within the App.
The Developer may change the content of the App or stop providing the App without prior notice to the User, and shall not be liable for any damages caused to the User by this.
The Developer may change these Terms at any time without notice to the User if deemed necessary. The modified Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted within the App.
1. Japanese law shall be the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms.
2. In the event of a dispute regarding the App, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Developer shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdictional court.
* In the event of any discrepancy between the content of these Terms and the Terms of Service posted on the Developer's website, the content on the website shall prevail.
