当開発者は、どこでしょ？（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。
本アプリは、ユーザーの氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス等の個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。ユーザー登録やログイン機能を持たず、すべてのデータはユーザーの端末内に保存されます。
1. カメラ・写真ライブラリへのアクセス：本アプリは、カスタムクイズ機能において、ユーザーが問題に使用する画像を撮影または選択するために、端末のカメラおよび写真ライブラリにアクセスする場合があります。撮影・選択された画像はユーザーの端末内にのみ保存され、当開発者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
2. 音声合成データ：本アプリは、VOICEVOX Coreを使用してカスタムクイズの歌唱音声をデバイス上で生成する場合があります。生成された音声データはユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。
3. 使用状況データ：アプリの品質向上のため、個人を特定できない形での統計データ（クラッシュログ等）をAppleまたはGoogleの標準機能を通じて収集する場合があります。
本アプリで作成された学習データ、カスタムクイズデータ、設定情報は、アプリを削除（アンインストール）することで端末から完全に削除されます。また、アプリ内の設定画面から手動でカスタムデータをリセットすることも可能です。
当開発者は、ユーザーの同意がある場合や法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
1. 本アプリは主にお子さまを対象としたアプリです。当開発者は、お子さまの個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
2. 本アプリはCOPPA（児童オンラインプライバシー保護法）およびその他の児童プライバシー関連法令を遵守します。
3. 本アプリ内の課金機能および外部リンクには、保護者確認（ペアレンタルゲート）を設置しています。
1. 欧州経済領域（EEA）または英国に所在するユーザーは、GDPR（EU一般データ保護規則）に基づき、ご自身のデータへのアクセス、修正、削除を求める権利を有します。
2. 本アプリは個人を特定できるデータを収集・保存していないため、当開発者が保有するユーザーデータは存在しません。端末上のデータは、アプリの削除により完全に消去されます。
本ポリシーの内容は、ユーザーに通知することなく変更することができるものとします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本アプリ内に掲示されたときから効力を生じるものとします。

The Developer establishes this Privacy Policy ("Policy") regarding the handling of personal information in Where is it? ("the App").
The App does not collect information that can identify individuals, such as the User's name, address, phone number, or email address. It does not have a user registration or login function, and all data is stored within the User's device.
1. Camera and Photo Library Access: The App may access the device's camera and photo library for users to take or select images for use in the custom quiz feature. Captured or selected images are stored only on the user's device and are not sent to the Developer's server.
2. Voice Synthesis Data: The App may generate singing voices for custom quizzes on the device using VOICEVOX Core. Generated audio data is stored only on the user's device.
3. Usage Data: To improve the quality of the App, statistical data (crash logs, etc.) that cannot identify individuals may be collected through Apple's or Google's standard functions.
Learning data, custom quiz data, and settings created with the App are completely deleted from the device by deleting (uninstalling) the App. It is also possible to manually reset custom data from the settings screen within the App.
The Developer will not provide acquired information to third parties except with the User's consent or when based on laws and regulations.
1. This App is primarily intended for children. The Developer does not intentionally collect personal information from children.
2. This App complies with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and other applicable children's privacy laws.
3. In-app purchase features and external links within the App are protected by parental gates.
1. Users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data.
2. Since this App does not collect or store any personally identifiable data, the Developer holds no user data. All data on your device is permanently deleted when you uninstall the App.
The content of this Policy may be changed without notice to the User. The modified Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted within the App.
