プライバシーポリシー
当開発者は、どこでしょ？（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。
第1条（個人情報の収集について）
本アプリはユーザー登録やログイン機能を持たず、氏名、住所、電話番号等をアプリ内で収集しません。学習データとカスタムクイズは端末内に保存されます。ただし、購入確認、オンライン法務文書の取得、および保護者が任意で利用するお問い合わせについては、以下に記載する限定的な情報が外部サービスへ送信されます。
第2条（利用情報の取り扱い）
1. カメラ・写真ライブラリへのアクセス：本アプリは、カスタムクイズ機能において、ユーザーが問題に使用する画像を撮影または選択するために、端末のカメラおよび写真ライブラリにアクセスする場合があります。撮影・選択された画像はユーザーの端末内にのみ保存され、当開発者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
2. 音声合成データ：本アプリは、VOICEVOX Coreを使用してカスタムクイズの歌唱音声をデバイス上で生成する場合があります。生成された音声データはユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。
3. 使用状況データ：本アプリは、画面閲覧・操作などの一般的なアプリ内行動分析を行う第三者サービスやクラッシュ解析サービスを使用せず、一般的なアプリ内利用状況データやクラッシュログを収集・送信しません。購入に関する処理は第4項、オンライン法務文書の配信に伴う処理は第5項のとおりです。
4. 購入情報：買い切り商品の提供、不正利用防止、購入状態の復元および購入に関する分析のため、RevenueCatへ匿名のアプリユーザーID、端末・OSに関する技術情報、最終利用時刻、App StoreまたはGoogle Playの購入履歴・レシート・購入トークンが送信されます。氏名やメールアドレスをRevenueCatのユーザーIDとして設定することはありません。
5. オンライン法務文書：本アプリで最新の利用規約、プライバシーポリシーその他の法務文書を表示する際、Firebase Hosting（Google LLC）がホストするuh-creations.comへHTTPSで接続します。Firebase Hostingは、コンテンツの配信、不正利用の検知およびサービス利用状況の分析のため、リクエスト元IPアドレスを処理し、IPデータを数か月保持します。当開発者は、この情報を広告またはユーザー追跡に利用せず、お子さまの氏名やアカウントに紐付けません。
6. お問い合わせ：保護者がGoogleフォームまたはメールを利用した場合、入力した問い合わせ内容、メールアドレス、および任意で送信される端末種類・OS・アプリバージョンがGoogleまたはメール事業者を通じて当開発者へ送信されます。お子さまの氏名、写真その他の個人情報を入力しないでください。
第3条（データの保存と削除）
学習データ、カスタムクイズおよび設定は端末内に保存されます。端末のiCloudまたはGoogleバックアップが有効な場合は暗号化されたOSバックアップへ含まれ、再インストールや機種変更時に復元される場合があります。プレミアム利用者は、これらのデータをパスワードで暗号化したバックアップファイルとして作成し、端末の共有機能から本人が選択した保存先へ送ることができます。当開発者はバックアップファイルやパスワードを受信・保管せず、パスワードを復旧できません。購入状態およびRevenueCatの識別子はファイルに含まれません。再取得できるVOICEVOXデータはバックアップ対象外です。設定画面からカスタムデータを削除できます。RevenueCatが保持する購入情報および任意のお問い合わせ情報の削除を希望する場合は、第8条の連絡先へお問い合わせください。法令・不正防止・取引記録のため保持が必要な情報を除き、合理的な期間内に対応します。Firebase HostingのIPデータは、Googleの保持方針に従い数か月保持されます。
第4条（第三者への提供）
購入処理にはAppleまたはGoogle、および購入状態管理者であるRevenueCat, Inc.を利用します。法務文書の配信にはFirebase Hosting、お問い合わせフォームにはGoogle LLCのサービスを利用します。これらの事業者は各社のプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を処理します。当開発者は、サービス提供、ユーザーの同意または法令に基づく場合を除き情報を第三者へ提供しません。
第5条（お子さまのプライバシー）
1. 本アプリは主にお子さまを対象としたアプリです。お子さまの氏名、連絡先、写真などを当開発者のサーバーへ送信する機能はありません。購入処理および法務文書配信に伴う限定的な技術情報は、第2条のとおり各事業者が処理します。
2. 本アプリはCOPPA（児童オンラインプライバシー保護法）およびその他の児童プライバシー関連法令を遵守します。
3. 本アプリ内の課金機能および外部リンクには、保護者確認（ペアレンタルゲート）を設置しています。
4. 購入、お問い合わせおよび外部フォームは保護者のみが操作してください。
第6条（EEA/英国のユーザーへ）
1. 欧州経済領域（EEA）または英国に所在するユーザーは、GDPR（EU一般データ保護規則）に基づき、ご自身のデータへのアクセス、修正、削除を求める権利を有します。
2. 端末上のデータは設定画面またはアプリの削除により削除できます。購入情報またはお問い合わせ情報に関する権利行使は、第8条の連絡先へご連絡ください。
第7条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）
本ポリシーの内容は、ユーザーに通知することなく変更することができるものとします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本アプリ内に掲示されたときから効力を生じるものとします。

Privacy Policy
The Developer establishes this Privacy Policy ("Policy") regarding the handling of personal information in Where is it? ("the App").
Article 1 (Collection of Personal Information)
The App has no registration or login feature and does not collect names, addresses, or phone numbers in the App. Learning data and custom quizzes are stored on the device. Purchase validation, retrieval of online legal documents, and optional support requests send the limited information described below to service providers.
Article 2 (Handling of Usage Information)
1. Camera and Photo Library Access: The App may access the device's camera and photo library for users to take or select images for use in the custom quiz feature. Captured or selected images are stored only on the user's device and are not sent to the Developer's server.
2. Voice Synthesis Data: The App may generate singing voices for custom quizzes on the device using VOICEVOX Core. Generated audio data is stored only on the user's device.
3. Usage Data: The App does not use third-party services for general in-app behavioral analytics, such as screen-view or interaction analytics, or for crash reporting, and does not collect or transmit general in-app usage data or crash logs. Purchase-related processing is described in Item 4, and processing associated with online legal-document delivery is described in Item 5.
4. Purchase Data: To provide the one-time purchase, prevent fraud, restore access, and perform purchase analytics, the App sends RevenueCat an anonymous App User ID, device and OS technical information, last-seen time, and App Store or Google Play purchase history, receipts, or purchase tokens. Names and email addresses are not used as RevenueCat user IDs.
5. Online Legal Documents: When the App displays the current Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or other legal documents, it connects via HTTPS to uh-creations.com, which is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google LLC). Firebase Hosting processes the originating IP address to deliver content, detect abuse, and analyze service usage, and retains IP data for a few months. The Developer does not use this information for advertising or user tracking and does not link it to a child's name or account.
6. Support: If a parent uses the Google Form or email support, the inquiry, email address, and optionally submitted device type, OS, and app version are sent to the Developer through Google or the parent's email provider. Do not include a child's name, photo, or other personal information.
Article 3 (Storage and Deletion of Data)
Learning data, custom quizzes, and settings are stored on the device. If iCloud or Google backup is enabled, they may be included in an encrypted operating-system backup and restored after reinstalling or changing devices. Premium users can create a password-encrypted backup file and send it through the system share sheet to a destination they choose. The Developer does not receive or retain the file or password and cannot recover a forgotten password. Purchase status and RevenueCat identifiers are not included. Re-downloadable VOICEVOX data is excluded from backup. Custom data can be deleted in Settings. To request deletion of RevenueCat purchase data or optional support data, contact the address in Article 8. We will respond within a reasonable period except where retention is required by law, fraud prevention, or transaction-record obligations. Firebase Hosting retains IP data for a few months under Google's retention policy.
Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)
Purchases use Apple or Google and RevenueCat, Inc. as the purchase-status processor. Legal-document delivery uses Firebase Hosting, and support forms use services from Google LLC. These providers process information under their own privacy policies. The Developer does not otherwise provide information to third parties except to provide the service, with consent, or as required by law.
Article 5 (Children's Privacy)
1. This App is primarily intended for children. It has no feature that sends a child's name, contact information, or photos to the Developer's server. Service providers process the limited technical information associated with purchases and legal-document delivery as described in Article 2.
2. This App complies with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and other applicable children's privacy laws.
3. In-app purchase features and external links within the App are protected by parental gates.
4. Purchases, support, and external forms must be operated by a parent or guardian.
Article 6 (For Users in the EEA/UK)
1. Users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data.
2. Data on the device can be deleted in Settings or by deleting the App. To exercise rights concerning purchase or support information, contact the address in Article 8.
Article 7 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
The content of this Policy may be changed without notice to the User. The modified Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted within the App.
