That Day — Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of That Day (the “app”), a photo and video comparison app provided by uh-creations.
App names by language
The names below all refer to this app provided by uh-creations. These terms and this privacy policy apply regardless of the display language. Store listings may add a short description to the name. Names in parentheses are the shortened Home Screen names.

1. Getting started
No account is required. You need a compatible iPhone or Android device, sufficient storage and any internet connection required for the features you use. Minors should use the app with a parent or guardian’s consent.
2. Your photos, videos and creations
You or the original rights holders retain rights to the photos, videos and text you add and the creations you make. Only capture, edit and share material you have permission to use, respecting other people’s privacy and likeness. We do not upload or publish your media. Sharing happens when you choose it.
Suggestions, image classification and capture dates may be inaccurate. Check the selected media, text and dates before using or sharing a creation. Promotional sample images include AI-generated images.
3. Free features and Plus
The app’s core features are free: taking, editing, saving and sharing photos, viewing creations, every photo quality option, the 9:16 layout and standard background, the standard central font, editing year/month labels with three colors (White Frame, Ivory and Ink), and videos up to one minute per clip. Repositioning and zooming videos are also free. Free exports include a small app icon.
Plus is a one-time purchase. It unlocks hiding the icon on export, additional aspect ratios, five extra fonts for the central text, five extra date-label colors, 25 backgrounds and backgrounds using your own photos, videos up to five minutes per clip, and video editing beyond positioning and zooming, including effects, splitting and transitions. There is no monthly or annual fee and no automatic renewal. Video processing still depends on device performance, available storage and supported formats.
Prices appear in the app and the store’s purchase confirmation sheet; the confirmation sheet takes precedence. Purchases are charged through Apple on iPhone and Google Play on Android. Use Restore Purchases with the same store account. Purchases do not transfer between iPhone and Android. Refunds follow the purchasing store’s procedures and applicable law.
4. Saving your work
Creations and settings are stored on your device. Export important creations to Photos or another location before deleting or resetting the app. Keep your own backups against device failure or data loss. Copies exported to Photos or shared elsewhere must be managed there. We cannot restore your creations.
5. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not violate the law or others’ rights, misuse the app or its purchase system, or interfere with its operation. The app’s code, design and sample content belong to us or their rightful owners. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited except where applicable law permits it.
6. Changes and responsibility
Features may change, be interrupted or be discontinued for reasonable reasons such as maintenance, faults or legal requirements. We will give advance notice of significant changes where reasonably possible.
We cannot guarantee compatibility with every device or media file, accurate suggestions or uninterrupted preservation of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or limits rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
7. Changes to these terms and applicable law
We may revise these terms to reflect changes in the law or app. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on our website before they take effect. Japanese law applies to the extent permitted by law. Courts having jurisdiction over our place of business are the agreed courts of first instance where legally permitted. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
