This policy explains how uh-creations handles information in That Day (the “app”).
App names by language
The names below all refer to this app provided by uh-creations. These terms and this privacy policy apply regardless of the display language. Store listings may add a short description to the name. Names in parentheses are the shortened Home Screen names.

Your media stays on your device
Photos, videos, metadata such as capture dates, edits, creations, bookmarks, suggestion history and settings are processed and stored on your device. Image classification runs on-device. The app does not upload your photos or videos to our servers or send them for AI training.
The app has no separate cloud-sync service. iCloud Photos and device backups on iPhone, and cloud providers available through the Android system picker, follow your settings and each provider’s policies. Loading cloud media requires an internet connection.
Permissions
- Photo access: used to suggest and load past photos and videos. Suggestions use media at least six months old. They require Full Access on iPhone, or permission for all photos and videos on Android. Without it, you can still choose media yourself through the system picker.
- Camera: used to take photos or videos when you start capture.
- Microphone: used to record audio with video.
- Saving media: exports a creation to Photos or Android shared media when you choose to save. Android 10 and later do not require photo read permission to save media created by this app.
You can change permissions in iPhone or Android Settings. On Android, video export uses a foreground service with a notification to continue processing when you leave the screen. When you share a creation, your chosen destination handles it under its own policy.
Accounts, ads and analytics
The app does not require an account or use advertising, advertising tracking or our own usage analytics SDK. Apple may provide standard diagnostics, such as crash reports, depending on your settings.
Android image processing and diagnostics
The Android app uses Google ML Kit for on-device image classification and subject cutouts. Downloading or updating Google models may require a connection. The app does not send the images themselves to an ML Kit processing server.
ML Kit sends Google device model and OS information, app name and version, device or installation identifiers, processing times, error codes, feature-use events, and configuration such as image format, resolution and input/output sizes for diagnostics and usage analytics. This traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. The app has no separate switch to disable ML Kit diagnostic reporting. We cannot individually locate or delete diagnostics held by Google. Purchases
Plus purchases and restoration use Apple’s StoreKit on iPhone and Google Play Billing on Android. Each store manages payment information; the app uses product IDs, purchase status and purchase tokens to verify your entitlement. We do not receive your credit-card information or use a third-party purchase-management SDK.
Web pages and support
Opening legal or help pages connects to uh-creations.com. Our web hosting provider, Firebase Hosting / Google, may process standard connection data, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure the website. Your creations are not sent with these requests.
If you send us an email or submit the contact form, we receive your reply address, message and any attachments you choose to include. The email subject is prefilled with the app name and version; you can change it before sending. We use this information to respond and investigate problems and remove it when no longer needed. You do not need to send your photos.
Deletion and disclosure
You can delete creations and bookmarks in the app. Resetting or uninstalling the app also removes its local data. Original media and copies in Photos, shared services or backups must be managed in those locations.
We do not sell or disclose information received through support except with your consent or as required by law. Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your support information.
Changes and contact
Significant changes will be announced in the app or on our website before they take effect.
