しりとり図鑑プライバシーポリシー

uh-creations（以下「当方」）は、「しりとり図鑑」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取扱いを次のとおり定めます。

1. アカウントと個人情報

本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名、住所、電話番号またはメールアドレスをアプリ内で入力させ、当方のサーバーへ収集する機能を設けていません。広告配信および広告目的の行動トラッキングも行いません。

2. 端末内で取り扱うデータ

撮影・選択した写真、登録したことば、音声入力の結果、図鑑データ、設定は端末内に保存・処理され、uh-creationsのサーバーへ送信されません。アプリを削除すると端末内のデータは削除されます。

3. 端末の権限

カメラ・写真: 図鑑へ写真を追加するため、ユーザーが選択したときに利用します。
マイク・音声認識: ことばを音声入力するため、ユーザーが選択したときに利用します。音声認識の処理はOSの機能に従います。

権限は端末設定から変更できます。

4. 共有・書き出し

共有または書き出しをユーザーが実行すると、選択した図鑑データが印刷機能、他のアプリまたは共有先サービスへ渡されます。共有先での取扱いは、そのサービスの規約とポリシーに従います。これらの操作の前には大人向け確認を設けています。

5. 購入情報

購入はApple App StoreまたはGoogle Playが処理します。本アプリは機能解放と購入復元のため購入状態を受け取りますが、uh-creationsはクレジットカード情報を取得しません。

6. 診断情報

アプリの品質および安全性の向上のため、AppleまたはGoogleの標準機能を通じて、個人を直接特定しないクラッシュログ、OS・端末種別等の診断情報が提供される場合があります。

7. 第三者提供

当方は、法令に基づく場合またはユーザーの明確な同意がある場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者へ販売または提供しません。前記のストア、購入管理、OS機能またはコンテンツ配信の各事業者による取扱いには、各事業者の規約とポリシーが適用されます。

8. データの削除

端末内データは、アプリ内の削除・リセット機能またはアプリのアンインストールにより削除できます。外部カレンダー、共有先、iCloud、ヘルス基盤その他ユーザーが連携した外部領域に保存されたデータは、それぞれのサービス上で削除してください。

9. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリを子どもが利用する場合、保護者の同意と監督のもとで利用してください。当方が子どもから個人情報を収集したことが判明した場合は、確認のうえ速やかに削除します。

10. ポリシーの変更

法令または機能の変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更は、施行日までに本アプリまたは当方のWebサイトで分かりやすくお知らせします。

Shiritori Picture Book Privacy Policy

uh-creations (“we” or “us”) establishes this policy for information handled by “Shiritori Picture Book” (the “App”).

1. Accounts and personal information

The App requires no account. It has no function that asks users to enter a name, address, phone number, or email address in the App and sends it to our servers. We do not display advertising or perform behavioral tracking for advertising.

2. Data handled on the device

Photos taken or selected, registered words, speech-input results, picture-book data, and settings are stored and processed on the device and are not sent to uh-creations' servers. Deleting the App removes its on-device data.

3. Device permissions

Camera and photos: used when the user adds a photo to the picture book.
Microphone and speech recognition: used when the user chooses voice input. Speech recognition is handled according to the operating system's functionality.

Permissions can be changed in device settings.

4. Sharing and export

When the user chooses to share or export, selected picture-book data is passed to printing, another app, or a selected sharing service. Its handling at the destination is governed by that service's terms and policies. An adult confirmation gate is shown before these actions.

5. Purchase information

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The App receives purchase status to unlock features and restore purchases, but uh-creations does not receive credit-card information.

6. Diagnostic information

To improve quality and security, Apple or Google's standard facilities may provide crash logs, OS and device type, or similar diagnostic information that does not directly identify a person.

7. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell or provide information we receive to third parties except where required by law or with the user's clear consent. The terms and policies of the applicable store, purchase manager, operating-system provider, or content-delivery provider govern their handling described above.

8. Deletion

On-device data can be deleted using an in-App delete or reset function or by uninstalling the App. Data stored in an external calendar, sharing destination, iCloud, health platform, or another linked environment must be deleted through that service.

9. Children's privacy

A child must use the App with parental consent and supervision. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child, we will investigate and promptly delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as laws or features change. Material changes will be clearly announced in the App or on our website before they take effect.
