Arcora プライバシーポリシー
uh-creations（以下「当方」）は、「Arcora」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取扱いを次のとおり定めます。
1. アカウントと個人情報
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名、住所、電話番号またはメールアドレスをアプリ内で入力させ、当方のサーバーへ収集する機能を設けていません。広告配信および広告目的の行動トラッキングも行いません。
2. 端末内で取り扱うデータ
予定、タスク、ルーティン、マイカード、メモ、達成履歴、添付画像および設定は、原則として端末内に保存されます。iOSでユーザーがiCloud同期を有効にした場合は、ユーザー自身のiCloud環境に保存・同期されます。uh-creationsはその内容を閲覧しません。
3. 端末の権限と連携
- カレンダー: ユーザーが許可した場合に限り、予定の表示・同期に利用します。
- カメラ・写真: ユーザーが選択した場合に限り、予定やメモへの画像添付に利用します。
- 通知: ユーザーが設定した予定やタイマーを知らせるために利用します。
- ウィジェット・Apple Watch・Wear OS: ユーザー自身の端末間で予定等を表示・同期するために利用します。
これらのデータをuh-creationsのサーバーへ送信することはありません。権限は端末設定から変更できます。
4. 購入管理と外部サービス
購入・サブスクリプション管理には、Apple App Store、Google PlayおよびRevenueCat, Inc.を利用します。購入状態の確認、不正利用防止および復元のため、匿名識別子、端末・OS等の技術情報、ストアの購入履歴、レシートまたは購入トークンがRevenueCatへ送信される場合があります。氏名やメールアドレスは送信しません。決済情報は各ストアが管理し、uh-creationsはクレジットカード情報を取得しません。RevenueCatの取扱いは同社のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
5. 診断情報
アプリの品質および安全性の向上のため、AppleまたはGoogleの標準機能を通じて、個人を直接特定しないクラッシュログ、OS・端末種別等の診断情報が提供される場合があります。
6. 第三者提供
当方は、法令に基づく場合またはユーザーの明確な同意がある場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者へ販売または提供しません。前記のストア、購入管理、OS機能またはコンテンツ配信の各事業者による取扱いには、各事業者の規約とポリシーが適用されます。
7. データの削除
端末内データは、アプリ内の削除・リセット機能またはアプリのアンインストールにより削除できます。外部カレンダー、共有先、iCloud、ヘルス基盤その他ユーザーが連携した外部領域に保存されたデータは、それぞれのサービス上で削除してください。
8. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリを子どもが利用する場合、保護者の同意と監督のもとで利用してください。当方が子どもから個人情報を収集したことが判明した場合は、確認のうえ速やかに削除します。
9. ポリシーの変更
法令または機能の変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更は、施行日までに本アプリまたは当方のWebサイトで分かりやすくお知らせします。

Arcora Privacy Policy
uh-creations (“we” or “us”) establishes this policy for information handled by “Arcora” (the “App”).
1. Accounts and personal information
The App requires no account. It has no function that asks users to enter a name, address, phone number, or email address in the App and sends it to our servers. We do not display advertising or perform behavioral tracking for advertising.
2. Data handled on the device
Schedules, tasks, routines, My Cards, notes, completion history, attached images, and settings are generally stored on the device. If an iOS user enables iCloud sync, they are stored and synchronized in the user's own iCloud environment. uh-creations cannot view their contents.
3. Device permissions and integrations
- Calendar: used to display or synchronize schedules only when permitted by the user.
- Camera and photos: used only when the user attaches an image to a schedule or note.
- Notifications: used for schedule and timer reminders configured by the user.
- Widgets, Apple Watch, and Wear OS: used to display or synchronize schedules between the user's own devices.
This data is not sent to uh-creations' servers. Permissions can be changed in device settings.
4. Purchase management and external services
Purchases and subscriptions are managed using the Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat, Inc. An anonymous identifier, technical device and OS information, store purchase history, and a receipt or purchase token may be sent to RevenueCat to confirm purchase status, prevent fraud, and restore purchases. Names and email addresses are not sent. Payment details are managed by the stores, and uh-creations does not receive credit-card information. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
5. Diagnostic information
To improve quality and security, Apple or Google's standard facilities may provide crash logs, OS and device type, or similar diagnostic information that does not directly identify a person.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or provide information we receive to third parties except where required by law or with the user's clear consent. The terms and policies of the applicable store, purchase manager, operating-system provider, or content-delivery provider govern their handling described above.
7. Deletion
On-device data can be deleted using an in-App delete or reset function or by uninstalling the App. Data stored in an external calendar, sharing destination, iCloud, health platform, or another linked environment must be deleted through that service.
8. Children's privacy
A child must use the App with parental consent and supervision. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child, we will investigate and promptly delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as laws or features change. Material changes will be clearly announced in the App or on our website before they take effect.
