SwipeQ Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how UH Creations (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in SwipeQ (the “App”).
1. Information collected or sent by us
The App does not ask you to enter your name, email address, contacts, or answer history for transmission to our servers. It has no account, developer-operated analytics, or developer-operated tracking system. Settings and records such as difficulty, answer time, and statistics are stored on your device; we do not upload them to our own servers.
However, the App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to serve ads. The SDK may automatically collect or process information such as IP address, device or advertising identifiers, ad views and interactions, diagnostics, and performance data for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, diagnostics, or related purposes. Actual handling by Google can vary by device, operating system, SDK version, ad and consent settings, and region. We do not represent that no information is collected through the advertising SDK.
2. Purposes and third parties
Google LLC and providers involved in advertising may use ad-related information to serve or personalize ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and provide or improve the SDK. Please review their explanations for details about processing, retention, international transfers, and available choices.
3. Consent and advertising choices
Through Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP), the App may present privacy choices depending on your region and applicable rules. On iOS, the App may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) when applicable. You can use the game if you decline permission or consent. Available choices and ad behavior depend on your region, operating system, and advertising services. You can reopen available privacy settings or consent forms from the App’s settings.
4. Local records and deletion
Game statistics and settings are stored on your device, and you can reset statistics in the App’s settings. The lifetime answer count and a local receipt used to limit the system review prompt to one request remain on the device when you reset statistics. After at least 30 recorded answers, the App may request a review through the operating system’s standard review interface. The operating system decides whether to show it. Deleting the App normally removes its local data, subject to operating-system and backup behavior.
Retention, deletion, and rights requests for information handled by the advertising SDK follow the relevant providers’ processes. You may also contact us at support@uh-creations.com with questions or requests concerning advertising data. Requests concerning data controlled by a third party may need to be made through that provider’s process.
5. Visits to this website
When you visit this policy or a product page, or when the App fetches a legal document, the website hosting provider may process information needed to deliver the site, such as IP address, requested URL, date and time, and browser or device information, in operational server logs. These technical logs may be used for delivery, maintenance, troubleshooting, and security. This page does not embed an App-specific tracker. If you follow an external link, the linked provider’s privacy policy applies to activity on its site.
6. Children’s privacy
The App is not designed for a specific age group of children. Parents and guardians should review children’s device use and advertising and privacy settings.
7. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy when App features, advertising SDKs, or laws change. We will post updates on this page and provide reasonable notice of material changes.
